RESERVATION PROCEEDURE & POLICY
1 - To check availability, or for answers to any questions you have, simply send us
an email: info@cozycottages.net
* PLEASE INCLUDE: DATES / AREA / TOTAL # OF GUESTS / & PREFERRED ACCOMMODATION
2 - To reserve your accommodation, you are required to:
- Complete our rental forms (which we will email to you).
- Provide a 50% deposit either online via Interac (Canada Only) or Credit Card via PayPal
*(Full details provided in rental forms).
Security Deposit: We require a $500 CDN security deposit, which is only returned once the accommodation has been inspected.
Cancellation Policy: Renters have until 3 weeks prior to their check-in date to cancel for a full refund -$50 administration fee. Any time
after that, you lose your entire deposit (unless we are able to rebook the dates, then you will be refunded).
**The term "Guest" refers to ANY person aged 12 months +
** Number of Guests CANNOT exceed MAX indicated!
** Rentals are to family groups & responsible adults 25 years + only!
