COZYCOTTAGES RENTAL POLICY

To reserve with CozyCottages, you are required to complete our rental forms
(which we will email to you). 50% reservation deposit is required. *100% payment is
required when booking is less than 30 days away.

Security Deposit:

We require a $500 CDN security deposit to be paid at least 1 week prior to your arrival.
Deposits are only returned once the accommodation has been inspected.


Cancellation Policy:

Renters have until  30 days (Sept - May) or 60 days (June - Aug) prior to their check-in
date to cancel for a full refund -$50 administration fee. Any time after that, you lose your
entire deposit (unless we are able to rebook the dates, then you will be refunded).
