Also just a short walk from the cottage, is Kennebunkport's Gooch's Beach
- a great place for those who like to take a long stroll in the sand.
Or, just a short trip by bike or by car - Parson's beach is big, long
and a great place to get away from the crowds...
And have some fun!
In the evenings, a great place to walk, catch the sights & dine is in
Kennebunkport town - just a 10 min drive by car, or - catch the free trolley!
While Kennebunkport town offers some nice places to eat, two of the best places (we)
found, are Nunan's Lobster Hut **** and Mabels Lobster Claw Restaurant***.
Nothing fancy - but truly the best lobster around.
