Who are we? We're just like you.

We love spending time with family & friends, and we love the great outdoors!

People always ask, "How did you get into the rental biz?"

Well, here it is in a nutshell:

It all began in 1997, when Maxx & Tracy started renting their personal cottage out to friends to help pay for some
much-need renovations. Eventually, these friends started telling their friends, who told their friends, and before Maxx
& Tracy knew it, they couldn't keep up with the demand.

So when a cottage a few doors down came onto the market, Tracy & Maxx thought, "Hey, this could be a great
business idea!" And so did their best friends Pauline & George (who just happened to be visiting that weekend).
Thus, the partnership was formed - and CozyCottages was born!

Eventually, one cottage became two, which became four (AFTICA, ZIMACKAY, ETHANYA & BALEYSE) - and we still
couldn't keep up! So, instead of turning people away to nothing, many asked if we could refer them to another
cottage. But we didn't want to risk our reputation on just ANY cottage. It had to be something (someone) who
shared our commitment to quality & comfort.

So we contacted people we knew & trusted, and added them to our site. First, of course, was Pauline & George's
charming White Angel condo in their lovely hometown of NOTL Ontario.

Today, our network of properties extends from the Laurentians to the Eastern Townships... from
Niagara-on-the-Lake to Glyfada (Athens) Greece... to the beaches of Cozumel Mexico.

We ensure that ALL properties listed on the CozyCottages website live up to OUR standards,
and provide the highest level of satisfaction. After all, we stake our solid reputation on it!
